If you are returning a product you purchased within the last 30 days, visit the palficab Returns Portal to initiate your return. If you cannot complete your return through the portal please email palamz@palcables.com and a member of our Experience team will assist you. We are unable to accept returns of partial sets or bundles.
Once the return is approved, please allow 10 days for the return to be processed.
Gift Return: If you want to return an palficab product that was given as a gift, please reach out to info@palficab.com as you may be qualified for store credit.
Please note: We are not able to refund original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier. palficab does not refund orders for packages that are lost or stolen. Purchases made through unauthorized palficab retailers do not qualify for a refund or exchange.
